Shipping Policy

Every order is fulfilled through our courier network and tracked door to door. Here’s what to expect.

1. Processing Time

2. Delivery Timelines

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Orders over [FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD] ship free.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number (AWB) by email/SMS. You can also track your order anytime from Your Orders.

6. Failed or Missed Delivery

Our courier partner will attempt delivery multiple times. If delivery repeatedly fails or the address is undeliverable, the order is returned to us and we’ll reach out to arrange redelivery or a refund, minus any return shipping costs incurred.
